Hugues Maignol

Hugues Maignol is an experienced Chief Technology Officer currently at the Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM), where responsibilities include leading the Digital Inclusion department for the "France Numérique Ensemble" policy. As an associate founder of Kime tech, Hugues crafts applications for various devices. With a role as Consultant CTO at HMLB since 2015, Hugues builds engineering teams and develops software products for startups. Previous positions include serving as CTO at Motivate.me, co-founding Upwise and Clicstreet, and founding AWI. Hugues has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at iaelyon School of Management. Hugues holds a Master of Science degree from Grenoble INP - UGA, specializing in Management Science and Engineering.
