Youssef El Mkhantar

Youssef El Mkhantar is a software engineer currently working at the Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM) since January 2022, focusing on the development and optimization of the French government's web conference project using the open-source platform Jitsi Meet. Prior experience includes a software engineering role at IntelCap, where Youssef developed an e-commerce web application using React.js, Redux, and Node.js, and a full-stack engineering position at Capgemini, working with React.js and Java. Earlier internships involved Linux administration at Transdev and systems observation at REDAL SA. Youssef holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Digital Strategy and Information Systems from INSA Lyon (2020-2021), and an engineering degree in computer science, networks, and telecommunications from École Hassania des Travaux Publics (2016-2020), alongside advanced studies in mathematics at CPGE Moulay Youssef in Rabat (2013-2016).
