Previously, Michael was the Managing Director for Australia/New Zealand at Hallmark Cards from November 2018 to February 2023, where transformational change was led through a robust business model and new digital platform. A former General Manager at Fonterra from November 2011 to June 2018, responsibility included overseeing P&L and delivering B2B solutions to global brands across a diverse region. Michael began the career at Amcor as Group General Manager for Australia and New Zealand from January 2007 to April 2009, heading sales and marketing for Amcor Australasia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, covering economics, commercial law, and marketing, along with an HSC from Melbourne High School.
