Millie Wagner

Millie A. Wagner, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Directions for Living, overseeing HR operations for a large nonprofit social service agency and collaborating with the Executive Leadership team. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc., and Gulf Coast JFCS, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Millie also served as Human Resources Assistant Director at Family Continuity Programs and held the position of Chief Legal EEO/HR Officer at Ace Beauty Company, gaining extensive experience in employee relations and corporate policy implementation.
