Erica Carlson

Erica Carlson currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Directive, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of EVP, Finance and Operations at DEPT® from April 2023 to August 2024, where contributions were made to pioneering technology and marketing services for major brands. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Finance at 3Q/DEPT from January 2020 to April 2023, and various finance-related roles at Edelman from October 2014 to January 2020, including Vice President and Senior Finance Manager. Erica began the career as a Financial Analyst at Leo Burnett Group and held an Accounts Payable Internship at Wilton Brands. Erica earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
