Srishti Jalan

Srishti Jalan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital and paid media strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Account Strategist in Paid Media at Directive since September 2025, Srishti previously held multiple roles at Search + Gather, progressing from Junior Digital Strategist to Senior Digital Strategist from September 2022 to September 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Ecommerce Consultant at Growisto and a Project Manager at the same company, where Srishti developed and managed Amazon Marketing plans and mentored teams. Earlier roles include Marketing Associate at Cartera, Communication Student Assistant at Cornell Energy & Sustainability Department, and various internships in social media marketing and sales development. Srishti holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Media Studies & Technology from Cornell University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing from Centennial College.
