Pamela Williams

Pamela Williams has extensive experience in the benefits counseling and health insurance brokerage field. Since February 2016, Pamela has been a Benefits Counselor and Educator at DirectPath, where responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison among clients, employees, and insurance carriers, while collaborating with the Human Resource Department to address health benefit and retirement issues. Prior to this role, Pamela worked at GetInsured from December 2014 to December 2015 as an independent health broker, providing consultation on various insurance options including medical and dental coverage. Pamela holds a Medical Insurance Billing & Coding degree from the Allen School of Health Science-Brooklyn, an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Thomas Nelson Community College, and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University.
