In May 2021, Bishwash founded CloudMandu, a global human resource consulting firm and staffing agency. Additionally, Bishwash serves as a Product Manager at TheMorningNews.com, enhancing an online news portal with daily updates and podcasts, while also holding the position of Associate Product Manager at DirectPay since June 2019, providing solutions for digital product sales management. Bishwash holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas, completed in September 2023.
