Riley Moore has held a variety of roles since 2012. In 2013, they were an Administrative Assistant at Farmers Insurance, where they attracted new prospective customers and managed customer acquisition. In 2012, they became the CEO and Software Engineer at RM4Tech, a software development company that they own and operates. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder of CrowdUltra, an all-in-one event and audience interaction app, ticketing/VIP membership platform, and social platform. That same year, they also became the Show Host of The Moore You Know Podcast, which guides students in high school, college, and recent graduates to expedite the learning process towards developing a life of significance and fulfillment. In 2020, they published a book, The Moore You Know: A Young Man's Guide Towards Developing A Life Of Significance & Fulfillment. Finally, in 2018, they became the Co-Founder of DirectSuggest, an employee suggestion box app that HR Tech News has called the next Slack and recently won Tech Breakthrough's Best Overall Design Collaboration Solution Award.
Riley Moore obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science and an Associate of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from Sierra College between 2012 and 2014. Riley then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from California State University Channel Islands between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ponderosa from 2008 to 2012.
