Kelly Gwynn started their work experience in 2007 as a Probation Officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections. Kelly then became an Investigator at the Enotah Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office in 2013. In 2014, they joined The Provision Team as VP of Operations, where they utilized their skills as a probation officer and investigator to excel in member services. Additionally, they were recognized as Probation Officer of the Year in 2008 and 2010. In the same year, 2014, they also became the Director of Operations at DirectTrust, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's operations. Kelly's attention to detail and analytical skills have consistently led to improved efficiencies and process flows. In 2023, they were promoted to be the Chief Operating Officer of DirectTrust.
Kelly Gwynn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
