Viet Mai

Viet Mai is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in program management, healthcare analysis, and outreach coordination. Currently serving as the CIO-SP3 Program Manager at DirectViz Solutions, LLC since June 2020, Viet manages NIH contracts, acts as the primary government contact, and oversees business development strategies. Concurrently, Viet works as a Research Analyst and Newborn Hearing Specialist at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, conducting hearing tests on infants and liaising with parents. Previous roles include serving as an Interpreter at the Language Resource Center, Outreach Program Coordinator for the Association of Vietnamese Americans, Certified Application Counselor for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, Hearing Instrument Specialist at Miracle-Ear, Regional Marketing Manager at Vacation Village Resorts, and Client Coordinator at Study Sparkz. Viet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Virginia Commonwealth University and a certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Northern Virginia Community College.
