Roy Arild Rugsveen

Roy Arild Rugsveen has a long-standing career in civil defense and emergency management, starting at the Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB) in September 1989. Their current role as Sivilforsvarsinspektør and permanent deputy district chief at Hedmark sivilforsvarsdistrikt has been held since October 2007, following a position as sivilforsvarsadjutant in the same district from January 2004 to October 2007. Prior experience includes working as a Driftsoperatør at Ringsaker kommune and as a postbetjent deltid at Posten Norge. Roy Arild Rugsveen completed multiple educational programs, including studies at Høgskolen i Hedmark, and several years at various videregående schools in the region.
