Kyle Roach

Kyle Roach began their career in 2013 as a Lead Trainer for Concentrics Restaurants. Kyle then joined Orange County Public Schools in 2014 as a Teacher, where they worked as the head instructor for the Winter Park Technical College Culinary Program for eight years and became a leader and trainer for new teachers regarding teaching strategies and implementation. In 2015, Roach became the Lead Retreat Trainer for the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, responsible for creating networking opportunities utilizing strategically selected and planned activities for members. In 2022, they joined Diriga Technologies as a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager, delivering IT and Engineering recruiting and supporting clients throughout the United States.

Kyle Roach obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida between 2010 and 2012. In 2020, they obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from Orange County Public Schools. Kyle also holds a ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe, obtained in January 2022.
