Kristie Altstatt

Kristie Altstatt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristie most recently worked at Dahl Consulting as a Recruiting Manager, where they specialized in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire staffing across various positions. Prior to that, they served as a Recruiting Lead - Business Professional at the same company. Before joining Dahl Consulting, Altstatt worked at Twin Cities Business Magazine as a Marketing and Events Manager, where they managed marketing initiatives and executed large-scale annual event programs. Kristie also held positions at Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, including Marketing and Communications Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Sales and Marketing Specialist, Marketing Services Coordinator, and Sales and Marketing Assistant in the Custom Content Division. Altstatt also gained experience as a Communications and Broadcasting Assistant at the Minnesota Wild and a Group Fitness Intern at Life Time Fitness.

Kristie Altstatt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Sports, and Business from the University of Iowa. Kristie also completed a Mini Masters in Project Management at the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Recruiting Effectiveness Training and Leadership Effectiveness Training from Butler Street in October 2022 and September 2022 respectively.
