Ben Chaston Frics

Ben Chaston FRICS, FCIArb serves as the Executive Director of Diriyah Company since August 2023. In addition to this role, Ben is a Non-Executive member of the RICS Nominations & Remuneration Committee, involved in governance and leadership succession planning since June 2022. Previously, Ben worked as Vice President at AECOM from October 2015 to April 2023, overseeing special projects and strategic initiatives. Ben also held the position of Managing Director at Turner & Townsend from August 2007 to September 2015, focusing on consultancy services across various industries in China, and at Lake House Group from March 2004 to July 2007, providing arbitration and dispute resolution services. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London, an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Beckett University.
