Lara Sweida-Metwally

Lara Sweida-Metwally is an experienced events professional currently serving as Associate Director - Events at Diriyah Company since December 2023. Previously, Lara held the position of Head Of Programming- Events and Entertainment at Expo 2020 Dubai from March 2021 to September 2023. Lara's extensive background includes roles such as Client Services Manager at ATPI, Senior Consultant at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, and Senior Project Manager at both Imagination and Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation. Additionally, Lara has worked as an Account Manager at BSL Middle East and as an Account Executive at KHP Consulting. Lara earned a BA (Hons) in International Business with Spanish from the University of Westminster between 2001 and 2005.
