Mohamed Saad

Mohamed Saad is a seasoned professional in development and project management with extensive experience in high-profile projects across various regions. Currently serving as President at Diriyah Company since June 2023 and Acting President of DevCo, Mohamed previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Diriyah Gate Development Authority from February 2019 to June 2023, where leadership was provided for three masterplans, including the SAR 70 billion Diriyah Gate 1. Earlier roles include Development Director at Majid Al Futtaim, overseeing significant projects such as Almaza City Centre in Cairo and Mall of Oman, and General Manager positions at LIVING IN INTERIORS and East Sky Contracting, where a focus was placed on residential and luxury construction. Mohamed's career began as a Structural Design Engineer at DAR AL-HANDASAH, contributing to major infrastructure projects. Mohamed holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and is PMP certified from the Project Management Institute.
