Dirk’s is a new fast-casual food brand built around better bites, bigger flavour and a serious soft spot for dogs.

We’re reinventing a much-loved, classic street food with premium ingredients, bold toppings and a brand experience that feels energetic, cheeky and genuinely welcoming. Simple food, done properly. Fast food, with more flavour and more heart.

Our first stores are launching in Brisbane, with plans to grow quickly. That means we’re building the foundations now: great product, strong systems, standout hospitality and a team culture people actually want to be part of.

Dogs are also part of the Dirk’s DNA. From dog-friendly stores and free treats to local welfare partnerships, we’re creating a brand that celebrates dogs, their people and the communities around them.

We’re looking for people who are hungry to build something from the ground up - people with energy, care, pace and personality. If you like big flavour, good dogs and the idea of helping shape Australia’s next fast-casual food brand, you’ll probably like it here.

Bite Better. Welcome to the pack.
