Isabella Castro is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in various companies. Currently serving as a Benefits & Disability Specialist at DIRTT since March 2020, Isabella has also held positions as a Senior Talent Business Partner and Talent Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to joining DIRTT, Isabella worked as an HR & Safety Manager at CSS Office Furniture Systems Service Inc. and as an Office/HR Coordinator at MTA | Urban Design Architecture Interior Design. Earlier career roles include Administrative Assistant at Hasegawa Group and Office Manager at Fresh Laser Skin Studio Ltd., alongside experience as a Sales Associate at Michaels Stores, Inc. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Calgary and has obtained a PHR certification in Human Resources from Bow Valley College.
