Carlos Estrada has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos'smost recent role was as an Operations Manager at Dirty Labs, a position they have held since February 2021.
Prior to that, Carlos worked at Tortuga from June 2018 to June 2020, where they excelled as an Operations Manager. Carlos'saccomplishments include developing a demand forecast model and production calendar that eliminated stockouts and increased sales, implementing shipping procedures that reduced costs and improved customer experience, and managing inbound international freight for the successful introduction of new products.

Earlier in their career, Carlos served as the General Manager at Precision Metal Finishing from August 2000 to June 2006. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day operations, collaborated on the installation of a curing oven, and handled payroll and tax submissions for the company.
