Deron Delgado

Deron Delgado is an experienced music industry professional with a robust background in operations and label management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations/A&R for EMPIRE since October 2022, Delgado has also held the position of Label Manager at dirtybird Records since October 2015. Previously, Delgado managed Paradise Entertainment & Distribution GmbH for the Paradise Americas division until September 2023 and was the Director of Label Relations & Business Development at Stompy from 2004 to 2014, contributing to the early digital download music store landscape. As the CEO and co-founder of Good Family Recordings from 2000 to 2006, Delgado directed all aspects of the vinyl record and digital download label business. Delgado holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Audio Engineering from SAE Expression College and has additional education from General Assembly and YouTube Certification.
