Tom McArthur

Tom McArthur has a vast and varied work experience. Tom began their career in 2002 as a Singer/Songwriter/Performer for The Hibernauts. In 2006, they founded and launched their own legal videographer business, On Point Video, Inc., where they served as Managing Partner and Videographer. In 2007, they began working for Business Audio Plus as a Production Supervisor, creating audio advertising productions, managing web coding for web audio, creating invoices, managing and hiring independent voice talent actors, and providing customer support for marketing production and leased equipment. Tom also worked for Studioworks, Inc. as an Audio/Video Editor during this time. In 2007, they began working for Dirxion, LLC, starting as Vice President of Product Development and Operations. Tom then became Director of Product Development and Operations, where they identified the most inefficient processes, designed internal utilities in great detail, and managed the projects to completion with an agile approach. Tom then served as Director of Operations, training Production Engineers to communicate with clients and evolving their positions to Project Managers. Lastly, they were a Senior Business Project Manager, assisting sales efforts to analyze the needs of the client to create a unique software package, assessing customer goals, providing project plans, clearly articulating internal marketing and development needs, analyzing project cost, and providing costs for new development.

Tom McArthur completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Audio Production from Webster University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business - Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1997 and 2002.
