Jesper Kolding Sørensen

Jesper Kolding Sørensen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Jesper Kolding started their career in 1996 at Brio system A/S as an Automation Technician, specializing in the design and manufacture of CNC machining machines for the metal processing industry.

In 1999, they became the Key Account Manager and Manager of the German subsidiary at BRIO system GmbH. Here, they built long-term B2B collaborations with the European automotive industry, developing and delivering cost-reducing and production-optimizing solutions.

From 2003 to 2006, Jesper worked as the CSO and Partner at BRIO Solutions ApS. In this role, they had broad commercial and operational responsibilities, including sales, contracting, design, execution, and delivery of solutions for the mass-producing component manufacturing.

Jesper Kolding then joined Trier Christensen Maskinfabrik in 2006 as the KAM/SCM Manager, where they managed key accounts and oversaw supply chain management.

In 2008, Jesper joined Vestas as a Project Manager and later became the Senior Manager of Global Solutions & Services, responsible for strategic and operational supply chain management of warehouse logistics facilities. Jesper Kolding also served as the Senior Platform Manager, overseeing portfolio management and continuous improvement projects for wind turbine platforms.

In 2015, Jesper joined Total Wind as the Project Director, leading the Project department and overseeing wind turbine installation projects.

Most recently, in 2018, they joined BILA a/s as the Head of projects and later became the PMO Manager in 2019.

Currently, Jesper is the Director and Head of PM Solution in the DK division of DIS - CREADIS Engineering Solutions & Consulting.

Jesper Kolding Sørensen obtained their Higher Technical Examination (HTX) degree in Mechanical Technology from Erhvervsakademi Dania, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Jesper Kolding then pursued further education in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians, earning a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution during the years 1994 to 1996.
