Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. since 2025, Renee previously held the position of CEO at Orange Tree Employment Screening from 2017 to 2024, where they tripled EBITDA and more than doubled top-line revenue. Renee also served as General Manager at Gevity from 2004 to 2008 and held multiple key positions at Ceridian in the early 2000s.
