Thomas Hafner has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in marketing and communications roles. Thomas began their career as a Web Designer/Developer at Industrial Info Resources, where they later became a Marketing Manager, driving significant growth for the company. Thomas then moved on to USA Industries, Inc., where they served as a Marketing Manager and implemented various successful marketing strategies, including website redesign and SEO. Thomas later joined DISA Global Solutions, Inc. as a Director of Marketing, eventually working their way up to VP, Marketing and Communications. In this role, they spearheaded numerous projects, such as rebranding acquisitions, overseeing website creation resulting in increased organic search traffic, and managing the Net Promoter Score program. Additionally, Thomas served as an Advisory Panel member for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
