The Disability Law Center (DLC) is the Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agency for Massachusetts.  DLC is a private, non-profit organization that provides legal advocacy on disability issues to promote the fundamental rights of all people with disabilities to participate fully and equally in the social and economic life of Massachusetts.

The Legal Team at the Disability Law Center (DLC) provides comprehensive legal advocacy to protect and promote the rights of individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts. This team, comprising roles such as senior attorneys, staff attorneys, paralegal legal assistants, and investigators, works on cases involving disability rights, ensuring that clients can fully and equally participate in social and economic activities. They also conduct investigations, litigate cases, and advocate on behalf of clients to address issues of discrimination, accessibility, and other legal challenges faced by people with disabilities.
