Lauren Deutsch

Lauren Deutsch is a seasoned nonprofit leader dedicated to social justice, with extensive experience in advocating for various communities. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Disability Law United since October 2022, Lauren specializes in disability justice and inclusion. Prior experience includes roles as Attorney, Activist, and Changemaker at Brighton Stands Against Antisemitism, and Executive Director at Worker Justice Center of NY, where Lauren focused on labor dignity and safety. Additional leadership positions include directing Healthy Baby Network, concentrating on maternal and child health, and serving as a Bilingual Domestic Violence Staff Attorney at The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, New York. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Biblical Literature from Smith College, along with advanced coaching and health business credentials.
