Deborah Labonar

Deborah LaBonar is an accomplished professional in the field of absence management analytics, currently serving as the Director of Benchmarking and Research at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Aon as Vice President for both Data Forensics & Intelligence in Health & Benefits Consulting and as Vice President from July 2018 to November 2024, and as Senior Director of Absence Analytics at Reed Group from January 2016 to November 2024. Additionally, Deborah held the position of Senior Director for Absence Management Analytics at Aon Hewitt from 2000 to December 2015, and served as Senior Director at LCG LewisCo from 2000 to 2009. Deborah holds a PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Purdue University (1993-1997) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bowdoin College (1987-1991).
