Katie Kuhns

Katie Kuhns, PHR, has extensive experience in benefits operations and management within the healthcare and employee benefits sectors. Currently, Katie serves as an Employer Advisory Council Member for the Disability Management Employer Coalition since January 2023 and as a Manager of Leave of Absence at Parexel since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Katie held various positions at Syneos Health from October 2015 to July 2022, culminating as Associate Director of Benefits Operations. Additionally, Katie was involved with Cigna as a Client Advisory Board Member while also speaking at industry events and conferences, sharing insights on navigating state Paid Family and Medical Leave backup plans. Katie's career began at Allscripts, where roles included Senior Benefits Analyst and HRIS Analyst. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
