Kristin Jones

Kristin Jones, PHR, SHRM-CP, CLMS, currently serves as the Director of Education Programs at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), a position held since October 2017, after progressing through roles including Senior Education Manager and Education Manager. Prior to joining DMEC, Kristin was a Human Resource Manager at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. for five years, where strong leadership skills were showcased in fostering collaboration with manufacturing and corporate teams to implement key initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resource Manager at Midwest Petroleum, focusing on employee recruitment, training development, and policy maintenance, and as a Production Manager at Cintas, where Kristin was promoted following a rotational management program. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University and earned the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2011.
