The Disability Resource Agency for Independent Living (DRAIL) promotes and implements the concept of independent living by aiding persons with disabilities to obtain the tools they need to be self-sufficient. Central to the Independent Living Movement is a belief that all individuals deserve a right to live a self directed life. We assist in breaking down barriers to make that a reality.
