Leah Kang is a Senior Attorney at Disability Rights California since August 2022 and serves as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, teaching a Negotiations Seminar since August 2021. Previously, Leah was a Staff Attorney at the ACLU of North Carolina from August 2019 to December 2021 and held adjunct professor roles at Georgetown University Law Center, also teaching a Negotiations Seminar from September 2014 to May 2021. Before these positions, Leah worked as a Staff Attorney at Forward Justice from September 2016 to August 2019 and completed judicial law clerkships at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Additionally, Leah was a Staff Attorney at the Advancement Project and contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Clinical Law Student at Harvard Law School. Leah obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University.
