Araca Miller is a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights North Carolina since September 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Department Intern at Cisco, where responsibilities involved negotiating supply chain contracts, presenting legal guidance, and researching various legal topics. Araca also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Chris Dillon at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, drafting opinions and conducting legal research. Earlier internships at the North Carolina General Assembly and Legal Aid of North Carolina focused on legislative research and community legal education initiatives. Araca holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Campbell University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University.

We are North Carolina’s protection and advocacy system, dedicated to advancing and defending the rights of people with disabilities.
