Ladonna Pack Ma

LaDonna Pack MA, SLP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently, LaDonna serves as the Compliance Officer and QAPI Director at Disability Services of the Southwest/Lifespan Home Health since January 2023. Previously, LaDonna held the position of Agency Director - Home Health at Methodist Healthcare System from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, LaDonna was the Home Health Director, Director of Hospice, and Regional Director of Operations at Brookdale from March 2012 to June 2021. LaDonna's career also includes a role as Region Director, Rehabilitation at Sava Senior Care from August 2010 to March 2012. LaDonna holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Houston.
