Nathan Stephens

Nathan Stephens currently serves as Head of Performance Development at Disability Sport Wales, a position held since March 2014, where responsibilities include coaching Paralympic athletes alongside Head Coach Anthony Hughes. Nathan's career at Disability Sport Wales has progressed through various roles, including Performance Pathway Senior Officer, Performance Pathway Officer, and Assistant Coach, leveraging personal athletic experiences to support athletes aged 13 to 45. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Sports Product Specialist at Snowdrop Independent Living, focused on increasing sales through established networks, and serving as a TV Pundit for Channel 4 during the Sochi 2014 Paralympics, providing analysis of sledge hockey. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Coaching from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed in 2015.
