Jessica Tuman is an accomplished leader in financial services, currently serving as the Head of Voya Cares Center of Excellence at Voya Financial since June 2012. Under Jessica Tuman's leadership, Voya Cares launched an award-winning wealth management practice, significantly contributing to sales in retirement, investment management, and health solutions. Prior to this, Jessica Tuman held several key roles at SunTrust Bank, including Channel Strategy & Client Experience and leading strategic initiatives within Wealth & Investment Management. Additionally, Jessica Tuman is a founding member and Vice Chair of the Georgia Chapter of Disability:IN since 2018. With early career experience at Deloitte Consulting and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Jessica Tuman has managed large teams and complex initiatives, consistently driving growth and client satisfaction throughout a diverse professional journey. Jessica Tuman holds a Master of Science degree in Computation from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Southampton.
