Joseph DiFuccia is President and Chief Executive Officer of Disabled Veterans Call Center. He founded this organization after merging two successful careers, first as a Cavalry Officer in the United States Army and an equally successful Career in C Level positions within the Contact Center Industry. In uniform he commanded a forwarded deployed M1 tank company executing sensitive border patrol missions. In his civilian career he has applied the same dedication to success, enabling exponential growth through innovative and efficient process control of multi-channel call centers. As a seasoned professional, Mr. DiFuccia decided to found Disabled Veteran Solutions as a way to provide jobs not only for service disabled veterans like himself, but all returning veterans and military spouses.
