Previously, Thomas held various sales roles at Disc Graphics since April 1991, specializing in folding cartons, micro flute, and labels, and also served as a production manager. Educational background includes studies at Suffolk County Community College and Farmingdale State College, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts.
