Michelle Andruk

Michelle Andruk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michelle currently works at Disc Medicine as a Program Manager. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Novartis, where they held various positions including Director of Strategic Operations, Director of Operations, and Associate Director of Operations. Michelle also served as a Laboratory Manager in Discovery Pathology and held roles as a Senior Scientist and Scientist in Toxicology. In addition, they briefly worked at ORIG3N as a Director of Laboratory Operations and at Toxikon Corporation as an In-vivo Toxicology Technician.

Michelle Andruk graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Michelle then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, which they completed in 2012. In 2015, Michelle obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
