Paula Kong is an experienced leader in the field of analytical development and quality control within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Analytical Development and Clinical Quality Control at Disc Medicine since April 2025, Paula has previously held pivotal roles, including Executive Director of Analytical Science at Allogene from June 2022 to April 2025 and Senior Director of Analytical Development Quality Control, Biologics at Nektar Therapeutics from March 2019 to July 2022. Prior to these positions, Paula served as the Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. and spent over 15 years at Genentech in various analytical development and quality control roles.
