Duke W. has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the financial and investment management industry. Duke currently serves as the Managing Director at Disciplina Group LLC since November 2020. Prior to that, Duke was the NA Insurance Investments Solutions Leader at Aon from April 2019 to November 2020. Duke also held positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, serving as the Vice President of Treasury and Cash Management from August 2018 to April 2019, and as the Director of Treasury and Cash Management from May 2017 to April 2019. Duke was also employed at Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL), where they worked as the Director of Investment Operations from June 2015 to May 2017, and as the Private Assets Manager from June 2015 to May 2017. Duke began their career at Merrill Lynch, holding roles including AVP Administrative Manager/ Compliance/ BOM from June 2011 to July 2012, and in the Global Private Client Group from January 2008 to June 2011. Duke's early experience includes working in Investments at Edward Jones from January 2006 to January 2008.

Duke W. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University. Duke also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Additionally, Duke has obtained various certifications, including a Life, Health & Accident Insurance License, as well as series certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) such as Series 10, Series 63, Series 65, Series 7, and Series 9.
