Ryan Chang

Ryan Chang is an accomplished professional in customer success with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Disco, Ryan has previously held significant roles at Foursquare, including Senior Director of Customer Success & Account Management and Director of Enterprise Customer Success. Additionally, Ryan has worked at SafeGraph as Director of Customer Success and in strategic accounts, and contributed to customer success initiatives at Radius Intelligence. Earlier in the career, Ryan was an Account Executive and worked in Enterprise Business Development at LinkedIn.
