Mark Jordan

Mark Jordan has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2002, beginning as an Independent Consultant at Inklingstudio.net. Mark then became the Director of Quality Assurance at Veritasiti in 2004, and a Quality Assurance Engineer at Volt in 2005. In the same year, they were also QA Manager at Withoutabox.com, which was purchased and operated by Amazon.com from 2007 until 2019. In 2007, they were a QA & Release Engineer at Leaf Group, and in 2009, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at Lynda.com. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Software Engineering Manager at Lynda.com, and from 2018 to 2021, they were the Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance at MINDBODY, Inc. Mark is currently the QA Manager at GeekHive, and will be the QA Engineering Manager at Discogs in 2022.

Mark Jordan attended the University of California, Riverside from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
