Oleksandr (Alex) Bondarenko

Oleksandr (Alex) Bondarenko is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology, investment banking, and management consulting. As the Founder and CEO of DISCOPERI since April 2016, Oleksandr has successfully developed three leading products in the City AI vertical and has mentored over 30 skilled professionals. In July 2023, Oleksandr became a Managing Partner at Alex Bond Capital, a boutique investment bank focusing on M&A deals across multiple regions. Notably, Oleksandr previously held roles at FRSF Search Fund of Funds, McKinsey & Company, Hussar & Co., Platinum Bank, Incredible Technology, CPS Group, and IP Bondarenko, where significant achievements included generating over USD$1 billion in value at McKinsey and establishing a successful investment analysis practice. Oleksandr holds an IMBA from IE Business School and multiple degrees in organizational management from Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade.
