Emily Nishi

Emily Nishi is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Discord since August 2023, Nishi also contributes as a Board Member for Philippine International Aid and UC Berkeley Executive Education. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Lyft, Global Head of People Operations at YouTube, and various leadership positions at Google, Agilent Technologies, and Andersen Consulting. Nishi holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
