Faraz S. is a seasoned software engineer with a strong focus on data and machine learning. Currently employed at Discord since October 2023, Faraz previously worked as a machine learning engineer at Hebbia AI, contributing to the development of advanced productivity tools. At Wealthfront, from September 2021 to May 2023, Faraz designed a data ingestion framework that processed 15 million user events daily. Prior experience includes founding and leading the development of a knowledge management tool at Quilt and serving as a machine learning research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Faraz began the professional journey with internships at Cadence Design Systems and Viora Health, focusing on software optimization and health applications.
