Franni Weinberg

Franni Weinberg is a seasoned learning and development professional with a track record of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Partner at Discord since September 2025, Franni previously held the role of Global Head of L&D at Next Insurance from December 2022 to August 2025, where strategic learning initiatives supported the company's "Best Place to Work" initiative. At Klaviyo from November 2020 to December 2022, Franni managed leadership development programs and implemented a successful virtual onboarding experience. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Flexport, where Franni contributed to leadership development and onboarding, and at EVERGREEN LINE and Louis Vuitton, focusing on sales and client relations. Franni holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Stony Brook University.
