Laetitia Santore

Laetitia Santore is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in product marketing and design across multiple industries. Most recently, Laetitia served as Sr. Director of Core Platform & Developer Marketing at Discord from August 2024 to February 2025 and as VP of Product Marketing at Splash Inc. from January to July 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Experience & Design and Senior Director of Marketing at Unity, where Laetitia led teams to enhance customer journeys and drive revenue growth. Earlier experience at BAE Systems GXP involved setting marketing strategies and executing product launches, alongside creative leadership in design; Laetitia began a career in marketing and design at Humetrix, Inc. Laetitia holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
