Molly Kosty is the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations at Discord. Molly was previously a Client Partner at AKQA, Group Account Director at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, and Director of Shopper Marketing at Safeway. Molly has also held the positions of Account Director at Foote Cone & Belding and Account Supervisor at Kowloon Wholesale Seafood Company and Publicis & Hal Riney.

Molly Kosty is a marketing student at Western Washington University. Molly is expected to graduate with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the spring of 2020.

Molly Kosty reports to Julia Tang, VP, Product Marketing & Research. They are on a team with Jesse Wofford - Director of Product Marketing, Rich Chew - Head of Growth Marketing, and Cherry Park - Director of Product Marketing.
