Christian joined Discotech in March 2022 and focuses on customer support and operations. Prior to Discotech, he worked with the American Diabetes Association, Time Warner Cable, and Vonage Technical Support in various positions and LOBs. Over a collective 14 years in the BPO industry, he firmly believes that Attendance, Teamwork, and Excellence are core values for success.
